CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Cudahy police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing and endangered woman.
Police say 69-year-old Jean Holmes was last seen around 7:40 p.m. Monday, May 12, after taking an Uber to Chicago to visit family.
She was dropped off near 64th and Yale Avenue and has not been heard from since.
Officials say Jean does not have her phone and suffers from dementia.
She's described as a Black female, standing 5'2" tall and weighing about 104 pounds, with brown eyes and short, curly, black and gray hair.
Jean was last seen wearing a dark-colored zip-up jacket and long black shirt.
